Pass-through mode to improve KM compatibility
Supports keyboard and mouse pass-through mode (Semi-DDM USB), takes advantage of DDM (Dynamic Device Mapping) technology, Compatible with most wired, wireless, mechanical, and gaming keyboards.
With EDID emulators in each input port
This KVM Switch has EDID emulators in each input port, which helps to maintain resolutions and icons from rearranging.

Q1: The LED light of KVM switch is displayed normally, and the keyboard and mouse works normally also .Why the display doesn’t have video output?
A: Please check if the HDMI cable of the input/output is properly connected. The “online” light on KVM switch indicates the USB connection status.
Q2: What kind of keyboard and mouse is it compatible with?
A: The dedicated keyboard and mouse port with emulation emulator have a "pass-through mode", which greatly improves the compatibility of the keyboard. Support multimedia keyboard (with volume increase and decrease, play, pause, etc.), custom keyboard and mouse, wireless keyboard and mouse with dongle. Keyboard software such as Logitech Options, DAS Q, Corsair iCUE, etc conflicts with the emulation emulator and limits the ability to use dedicated macro keys. We recommend using the KVM’s USB2.0 port as a workaround if this software is desired. Please use a USB hub to expand USB connectivity if needed. KVM’s USB2.0 port doesn‘t have emulation programming so that will not recognize hotkey switching commands.
Q3: Can a USB hub be attached to the USB 2.0 port?
A: Yes, you can use a powered USB hub to expand the number of USB 2.0 ports. Please don't connect the USB hub to the dedicated keyboard and mouse port. Dedicated keyboard and mouse ports should not be used for other types of USB devices.
Q4: The remote control received does not contain batteries?
A: Due to the strict review of batteries by logistics, the remote control is not equipped with a battery; please load the CR2025 battery before using the remote control.
Q5: How to make L/R audio work properly?
A: Your computer needs to transmit audio over the HDMI connection. If the audio doesn’t work, please select the HDMI output device in the sound settings of your computer.
Q6: How many long cables can I use for the KVM switch?
A: Tips for HDMI cable length:
1.When use 4K@60Hz as an input , it is required that Input HDMI cable < 3 meters and the output HDMI cable < 5 meters;
2.When use 4K@30Hz as an input , it is required that Input HDMI cable <5 meters and the output HDMI cable < 10 meters;
3.When use 1080@60Hz as an input , it is required that Input HDMI cable <10 meters and the output HDMI cable < 15 meters.
Q7: Does this work with a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse?
A: No, the KVM don't with Bluetooth.
Q8: The image is blurred when using KVM?
A: 1. Reconnect the connector to prevent poor connection of the socket connector.
2. Wire quality (HDMI cable requirements comply with HDMI standard)
