1. How are the winners picked?

The event will select 1 first-place, 1 second-place, and 5 third-place winners through a lottery. The prizes are as follows:

  • 1st Place: Win a complimentary USB3.0 2x2 dual-screen KVM switch (model number HKS0202A2U) or $200 cashback on your order. If you choose the product, you can select either black or red as the color. Additionally, we will laser engrave the winner's name and a short sentence within 20 characters on the product. The packaging will be a special silver design by TESmart (font on product and packaging design determined by TESmart). If you prefer buying other products, enjoy a $200 order credit upon purchase. (Can only be used in one order)

Lottery Method Description:

This event uses a lottery system. All eligible participants' names are entered into a random selection process. There are three drawing rounds: the first selects 5 third-place winners, the second chooses 1 second-place winner, and the third determines 1 first-place winner. If a name is drawn more than once, the prize from the earliest draw will be awarded.
2. When is the deadline for participation?

The participation deadline is August 14th at 11:59 PM (PDT). We will announce the lottery results on August 15th.
3. Where will the results be published?

Winners will be announced on the giveaway event page of our website and our official Facebook account.
4. If I win, how do I claim my prize?

After announcing the winners on August 15th, our customer service team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to verify the details. You can also contact us at our official email service@tesmart.com to confirm the relevant information.
5. Who can participate in this event?

Participation is open to all. Please note that the prizes can only be shipped to eligible sales areas as per our shipping policy, and shipping fees will be applied accordingly.
