Here are some common reasons why this happen：

Cable issues:

1)Loose cable connection -- try reconnecting the cable and make sure the cable connection is secure.
2)Bad cable -- try testing this cable directly on the monitor to confirm that the connection is working outside of the KVM.

Port issues:

1)Bad KVM port -- Test the faulty port on the KVM with another computer that is known to work with the KVM.
2)Bad computer port -- on the computer side, swap test with another computer that can work with the KVM, if available.
3)USB-C Port capabilities -- make sure your computer port is a Thunderbolt port, a normal USB port may not be able to output two video signals.
4)Desktop with Graphic Card -- If your computer is a computer with a discrete graphics card, make sure that the video signal cables from all input sources are connected to your discrete graphics card.

Generic adapter/converter issues:

If you are using an adapter/converter that is connected to the stream, this is often a point of failure. We know that not all adapters will work well in a KVM environment, make sure you choose the correct FROM and TO connections.

There are 3 troubleshooting actions that you can try if some but not all of the ports and your computer are working with the KVM switch. 

1.To determine if a specific cable is the source of the problem--Switch the cables that connect the KVM switch to the computers to one working port and computer, and one port and computer that is not working. Keep the computer plugged into the same ports and only switch the cables. If the issue persists when you switch cables, the issue may be with the cable itself.

2.To determine if the problem is between the computer and the KVM switch, using the same cables, connect the KVM switch to one computer that is working and one computer that is not working. If the issue persists when you switch computers, follows the issue may be with the computer and the KVM switch.

3.Try reinitializing the KVM. This is done by following the setup instructions on the manual.
