The CKS202-P23 is a USB-C KVM switch with DP1.2 4K@60Hz support, allowing control of two computers via one keyboard, mouse, and two monitors. It supports MST-enabled Windows laptops and MacBooks for an “ABC” dual-display extension. Built-in 36W power and 100Mbps Ethernet ensure stable power and network. Advanced EDID emulation offers smooth switching. Perfect for everyday use and gaming.
Important Note
The dual USB-C input feature does not support dual-display extension for Mac Mini and Mac Studio models. If your laptop charging protocol doesn't support 20V DC voltage, it may only receive 7.5W due to handshake issues. Some ThinkPad models cannot receive 36W power. Please note if your device is a Mac or ThinkPad Yoga/T/X series when placing an order.

Order processing time refers to the period from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Order Tracking

4. Delayed Shipments
For delayed orders, please email service@tesmart.com. We will immediately investigate with the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Order Cancellation
If you have already made a payment but the package has not yet been shipped, you can immediately contact us by email at service@tesmart.com to cancel your order. We will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. However, if the package has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original packaging (including all accessories). Please email service@tesmart.com to contact our after-sales support team, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

- The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We reserve the right to replace any defective product under warranty (No Repairs, Only Exchanges).

- If your PCs are running Windows OS: Connect 2 PCs to the Input ports marked ‘A' of each input group of the KVM with 2 USB-C cables to enable the MST mode. Connect 2 PCs to the Input ‘A'&‘B' or only Input ports marked ‘B' of each input group to disable the MST mode.
- If your PCs are running MacOS: Connect 2 PCs to the Input ‘A'&‘B' ports of each input group of the KVM with 4 USB-C cables.
- Hotkeys are triggered via a keyboard plugged into the dedicated mouse or keyboard ports.
- Emulation programming is locked and cannot be removed from mouse & keyboard ports.
- Dedicated mouse & keyboard ports should not be used for other types of USB devices.
- Use a powered USB hub to expand the number of USB 3.0 ports.
- If the wireless mouse/keyboard is “jumpy”, use a USB extender to reduce the distance from the receiver.
- Please install 2 AAA batteries before using the remote control (battery not included).
COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION
- Dedicated mouse & keyboard ports have emulation programming. Second-generation chipsets have “Passthrough Mode” to send special characters such as multimedia keys (play, pause, volume up/down, etc), which greatly improves keyboard compatibility.
- Keyboard software such as Logitech Options, DAS Q, Corsair iCUE, etc conflicts with the emulation programming and limits the ability to use dedicated macro keys. We recommend using the KVM’s USB 3.0 port as a workaround if this software is desired. The USB 3.0 port does not have emulation programming and therefore the KVM will not recognize hotkey switching commands. Please use a powered USB hub to expand USB connectivity, if needed.
