1. Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after confirmation/payment.
  • Weekend orders may experience delays.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays). In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize shipping delays.
  • We have warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other regions. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery address. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we will arrange shipment from another nearby location to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after shipment (activated within 24 hours).
  • Note: Delivery times may be extended during promotions or holidays.
  • Tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to appear.
  • If you encounter tracking issues, contact us - we will resolve them within 24 hours.

4. Delayed Shipments

For delayed orders, please email service@tesmart.com. We will immediately investigate with the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.


5. Order Cancellation

If you have already made a payment but the package has not yet been shipped, you can immediately contact us by email at service@tesmart.com to cancel your order. We will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. However, if the package has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original packaging (including all accessories). Please email service@tesmart.com to contact our after-sales support team, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
