Refund Policy

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from TESmart's website(tesmart.com) will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, TESmart reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like-kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
Processed exchange within 4 business days after we receive the item, and send you the tracking number.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or amended.

RETURNS
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-returnable items: Include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Once the returned item arrives back in TESmart's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
TESmart customer service deals with the return within 2 working days after recevice the application, and provide a return warehouse info according to your country.

REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days after we receive the item.

Full refund
For defective products, TESmart refunds the cost of the product itself and the return fee.
For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. TESmart refunds the cost of the product itself.

Partial refund
There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:
- If an item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not to be received, please contact us at service@tesmart.com.

Any unwanted items after your order have been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the ”Refunds” section above).
