Compatibility & Input Guide

PC 1 — USB-C Laptop
For video output, the laptop's USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3 or later. On Windows, a single USB-C connection can use MST for dual-display output when the computer supports MST.

PC 2 — Desktop / Traditional Computer
Connect the desktop through the required HDMI/DisplayPort video and USB connections shown on the KVM input group.

MONITOR A–B — HDMI Displays
Connect two HDMI monitors. Maximum resolution is up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 on supported hardware.

macOS Limitation
macOS does not support DisplayPort MST for independent extended displays in the same way as Windows. Apple-silicon Macs may be limited to one extended external display through a single MST connection, depending on the Mac model.

Charging Requirement
Up to 60W charging requires a compatible USB-C host and the required 20V Power Delivery handshake. Devices that do not negotiate 20V may receive only basic charging; some ThinkPad Yoga/T-series models may not accept the full 60W from this KVM.
