Which products are eligible for trade-in?

How much is my old device worth?
Credit is based on your original paid price and device age: up to 50% within 3 years, 40% within 4 years, 30% within 5 years. Devices older than 5 years are eligible for free eco-recycling.
How do I return my old device?
Customers cover return shipping upfront. After TESmart inspects the device, verified shipping costs and the 20% balance are refunded.
I bought my TESmart product outside the official website — can I still earn points or trade in?A:
Yes. If you purchased from an authorized channel (such as TESmart’s official Amazon store or certified distributors) and can provide valid proof of purchase (order receipt, invoice, or serial number), you can contact customer service. After manual verification, equivalent points will be added to your TESmart ID account based on the actual paid amount for future trade-in or redemption use.
Can I trade in without a TESmart ID?
No. Trade-in is only available for verified TESmart ID holders.
